Most jewelry is shipped out within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Orders shipped within the USA will take about 5-7 business days to arrive. US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Overnight or Priority Mail, please contact us before placing your order.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days, with holiday shipping times being longer in some cases. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email, so you can easily track your order!
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We hope you love your purchase! But we understand that you may want something just a little different. We cannot accept returns at this time; however, we do offer exchanges on most unworn pieces. Please email us directly within 10 business days and we’ll take you through the exchange process. Sterling silver and brass pieces require just a little extra care to keep them shiny and new looking for years to come.
After each wear, clean In Situ Jewelry with a polishing cloth~ Sunshine Polishing Cloth is a great one. We include a sample with every silver/ brass purchase, and you can purchase extra cloths in the section "OTHER."
We suggest storing your brass and sterling silver pieces in a jewelry box in a room that is not exposed to excess heat or moisture. If you are bathing, showering, or swimming, simply remove your jewelry beforehand, as salt and chlorine can greatly change the finish on your pieces.
And, if in all honesty this sounds like something you don't want to do, we suggest 14k gold-fill, as these pieces do not require any extra care!
