Most jewelry is shipped out within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Orders shipped within the USA will take about 5-7 business days to arrive. US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or Expedited, you can do so at checkout.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, with holiday shipping times being longer in some cases. Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email, so you can easily track your order.

All US orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, and are trackable online.

Truth is, we have a slight obsession with 14k gold fill. This is the highest quality gold next to solid gold. It is composed of a thick layer of gold over jeweler's brass, which is actually fused to its base.

In other words, you can shower/ swim/ sweat in your 14k gold filled jewelry and it won't flake off, tarnish, or turn green! ;)

14k gold fill is nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin. This precious metal will look shiny and new for decades, and requires no special care.

Sterling silver, brass and bronze pieces require just a little extra care to keep them shiny and new looking for years to come. We suggest regularly cleaning In Situ Jewelry with a polishing cloth~ Sunshine Polishing Cloth is a great one. Just a few swipes and your pieces will shine like the day you got them. We include a sample with every silver/ brass purchase, and you can purchase extra cloths in the section "OTHER." 

We recommend storing your pieces in a jewelry box or airtight bag, in a room that is not exposed to excess heat or moisture. When swimming in the ocean or a pool, simply remove your jewelry beforehand, as salt and chlorine can affect the finish on your pieces. Keep in mind that some personal care products, such as sunscreens and perfumes, may also have an effect on your jewelry. 

Wear those pieces often! This is actually the easiest way to maintain the lustre of your silver, brass, and bronze jewelry. Tarnish is less likely to build up and dull your pieces when you are wearing them regularly. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have about caring for your In Situ!
