REPAIRS

All of our jewelry is meant to stand the test of time; however, things happen! Whether it’s a snapped chain or broken stone, we are more than happy to fix your pieces and return them to you good as new. 

To initiate a repair, simply purchase this listing, selecting the option from the drop down menu that best describes the repair. If none of the descriptions match your issue, please email us at insitujewelry @ gmail.com. Then package up and send your damaged piece to our PO Box:

Note that the customer is responsible for this shipping cost. The $5 charged at checkout will be used to cover our cost of shipping the repaired piece back to you. 

We recommend sending the piece in a padded envelope with tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for pieces we don’t receive. *If we don’t receive it, we will not be able to ship out the replacement. If it gets lost in the mail, it will be your responsibility to place a claim with the postal service. Please include a short note describing needed repair and your shipping address. 

If we have any questions about your repair, we will contact you via email. Otherwise, we will fix it right up and send it back to you within about a week! 

If you order other pieces along with this Repairs listing, we will wait to ship those pieces until we receive and fix your damaged piece. If you need the other pieces sooner, feel free to let us know.
