Herkimer diamonds are incredibly clear, gorgeous stones, and each one will vary slightly in size and shape.
Herkimer diamonds are double-terminated quartz crystals. This stone is unique to New York and the Herkimer County area, which is where it was first discovered and is still ethically mined today.
The clarity of this stone brings balance and promotes positive thinking.
Herkimer diamonds are also powerful amulets. It is believed that they have the power to hold a memory or feeling, such as love or emotional connection. Oftentimes people give their loved ones herkimer diamonds as a way of keeping the two connected when they are apart.
